The churassco is basically a meat feast with a buffet at the Pool Grill at the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha. This is on Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 10.30pm. A churassco is from the Portuguese word for skewer and waiters will come to your table and have skewers of meat with sharp knives and you get some tongs to take the meat that you would like. You are also given a sort of coaster that is red one side and green the other. If you want the meat to keep coming then it is green side up, if you have had your fill or need a rest then it is red side up.
