The Karwa taxis are a sort of duck egg blue colour and the telephone number to order one is 4458-8888. Generally it is quite difficult to find a taxi especially during peak times. Doha does not seem to have enough. You will be lucky to hail one in the street and are better to order one or get one from one of the shopping malls.

The running rate per km outside Doha City during the day is calculated as 1.80 Qrs. However, the running rate per km at night inside and outside Doha City is calculated as 1.80 Qrs.

However, the running rate per km outside Doha City at night would be calculated as 1.80 Qrs. The fees of Call Center regarding the two types is 4 Qrs. The waiting time would cost 8 Qrs per 15 minutes.
